               Postage and Returns Policy               



For general size items we aim to dispatch your goods the same day as we receive your order Monday to Friday, and Saturday if your order comes through before 12pm. Larger items are dispatched within 3 working days depending on the courier used. If we receive your order after 12pm on a Saturday then your order will be processed on the following Monday morning.

Our postage prices are kept as low as possible so we mainly use economy postage services which you should receive your goods within 7 - 9 working days but often quicker than this. All of our parcels are tracked, so if you provide a email address we can send you the tracking number for you to keep an eye on where your parcel is.

We can provide a quicker service eg- one or 2 day delivery but this will be of a higher postal cost.

If this is a service you would require then please contact us with your postcode to which i will be able to do a quote for you and then alter the postage charges accordingly.

Postage rates are for uk mainland only. If you live in Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Channel Isles Guernsey / Jersey, Scottish Highlands, shetlands etc please contact us first with your postcode so I can recalculate the postage charge for you.

We can ship internationally out to EU Countries, please contact us for a quote on postage charges.


We have a 14 day returns policy from the date of purchase. 

If there is a concern with your order please contact us as soon as possible stating what your order was and what your concern is.

Although we endeavor to process your order correctly we are only human and mistakes can be made. If you have received the incorrect order please contact us as soon as possible and we will correct the order as soon as we can. when you return the incorrect item the postage will be at our cost (within reasonable costs) and then the correct item will be dispatched as soon as we receive the incorrect item back.

If the order is faulty again please contact us as soon as possble, stating what the item is and what you believe the fault is, and again we will try our best to correct this.

If a item has been ordered by mistake or is no longer needed it will be at the customers cost to return it. once returned to us a refund will be issued.

Please check your orders at the check out as once it is dispatched there is nothing we can to to stop the postage process.

The buyer is responsible for all return postage unless the item is faulty or sent out at our error.

Returns will only be accepted if returned in the same condition at which it was sent out at.
